About Us:
New City Fellowship is a young, multi-ethnic church family in the South Orlando / Kissimmee area. We’re a church plant preparing to officially launch on January 11, 2026, and currently gather weekly in our Lead Pastor’s home for Sunday morning services. Our desire is for the Music Ministry to help lead our people into the presence of God through biblically grounded, Spirit-led, and Christ-exalting worship.
We believe worship is more than music — it’s a way of life for those who have been Made New in Christ and are learning to Live New together.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Music Ministry Director/Worship Leader who will help our church encounter the presence of God through Spirit-led, Christ-centered, and Word-saturated worship gatherings. This is a stipend role ($200/week) with room to grow as the ministry expands.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the congregation in joyful, authentic worship on Sundays.
Recruit, train, and schedule members of the Music Ministry Team.
Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team to design Christ-centered, Gospel-saturated gatherings.
Introduce diverse, biblically faithful songs that reflect the beauty of God’s people and story.
Model what it means to be Made New and Live New in personal devotion and community life.
Who You Are:
A follower of Jesus who lives out a lifestyle of worship.
A musician/vocalist comfortable leading from guitar, keyboard, or another instrument.
A team player with humility, teachability, and love for the local church.
Familiar with or eager to grow in New City’s worship philosophy and values. (posted below)
